With nearly 200 alumni and 16 new class members added each year, CSLI is able to create a safe environment for leaders to network, share ideas, and problem-solve. It is expected that CSLI program participants will make a substantial leadership commitment to Colorado Springs. In turn, CSLI offers lifelong networking benefits to graduates. We stay connected through newsletters, social receptions, and leadership retreats. Members receive annual directories and an annual report. Surveys are taken to identify issues important to members so that target groups may be formed and act as spheres of influence in the community.
